The Nomad’s Table, A Filipino Adventure

Expect interpretations of the rough & wild Filipino food habits. From the mountains of Don Salvador Benedicto, on to your table in Brussels. Special guest Jay has his restaurant Kusinata in the negresense mountains, where he cooks with the native nomad Ata tribes. He will be joining chef Glen until 22 December and will bring you vibrant tastes of the Filipino tribes.

During the PopUp, you will also discover our local Filipino artists, champagne made by the Filipina Wine Lady of the Year in France & the Filipino DonPapa Rhum based cocktails.
