Chef Yana Gilbuena is the mastermind behind SALO, a traveling dinner project that serves kamayan¬ style feasts (traditional Filipino method of eating with one’s hands).

On Sunday, December 9, 2018, Ostend becomes the largest star restaurant in the world. No fewer than 5 bartenders and 27 Belgian chefs - representing 13 Michelin stars and thousands of Gault & Millau points - will gather at Thermae Palace with cocktails and dishes created for the occasion.
Chefs Collective Belgium is a passionate national gastrocollective, to send a signal to the outside world. Under the motto "one team, one dream" they will join forces for a stronger sense of solidarity within the sector.
Make sure you get a ticket before they are gone! Be hungry, thirsty and danceable, because there will be enough DJs to dance all night long.

The whole month of November, we are challenging a selection of fine restaurants in Brussels to add a plant-based (vegan) dish to their menu – with an optional appetizer or dessert. Customers try the dish and vote on the best in several categories.

Contrà Soarda is het wijndomein van de familie Gottardi uit Bassano del Grappa (Veneto),
Ze maken mooie biologische wijnen van Pinot Nero, Merlot, Marzemino, Carménère en vooral Vespaiolo!
De vulkanische ondergrond van Veneto geeft mooie terroir expressies.
Ze maken de Breganze DOC (Rosso én Vespaiolo).
Maar hun belangrijkste visitekaartje is de Musso, waar de blend kan variëren van jaar tot jaar indien dit nodig is om het beoogde karakter te verkrijgen.
Eleonora Gottardi, de dochter van Mirco, zal op maandag 5 maart aanwezig zijn om samen de volgende wijnen te proeven.
Eleonora staat in voor de sales en opereert voornamelijk vanuit Duitsland, en laat de rest van de wereld kennis maken met de mooie wijnen van broer Marcello en papa Mirco.

- Il Pendio (Garganega (12 mnd houtlagering) en vespaiolo)

Mr. Sébastien Riffault wil be visiting Humphrey restaurant next week!
Riffault is one of the upcoming names of the Sancerre region.
His wines are very different from the overal styles in the region and can be found on the most prestigious winelists across the globe.
The Diner is Thursday December 8.

This year, Culinaria has a new look and is unveiling its new project: Autumn by Audi. For this occasion, we brought together under the same roof over 60 Belgian chefs, along with the best artisans and producers, and the top Belgian and European bartenders.
You can find Humphrey chef Yannick van Aeken at the Mercato.
For Autumn, we treat you to a completely new location, formerly an industrial warehouse, that we will become a key gourmet spot. Over there, we will celebrate the season of harvesting and feasting, of sharing and caring, centered around three different universes:
- The Mercato Leffe, a food market catering to chefs, the go-to place for lovers of fine products.
- The Gastronomique S.Pellegrino Restaurant, where we'll offer you extraordinary experiences.
- The Club Perrier, dedicated to cocktails, music and dancefloor.
